A. Yes we are website designers based in Nottingham, however, we have customers from all over the country and beyond. Our website work is done online. This means we can work on any e-commerce store, regardless of what country it is hosted in
Q. Can you organise my photography if I am not based in Nottingham?
A. We can, we can cover the whole of the Nottinghamshire area, and we can arrange for another photographer to do your shoot if you are a distance from our Nottingham base
Q. Will I need to set up an online merchant account?
A. There are a range of choices for your business ranging from a simple PayPal account, to an online merchant account. Different businesses have different needs, depending on average order value, volume of orders and current banking arrangements
Q. Will you be able to initially add all of my products, and get everything set up?
A. Yes. We can do whatever you need us to get your store online and selling
Q. I already have product images, can you edit them, can we use them
A. Yes. Editing and using your own images is fine
Q. I need help with the marketing and search engine optimisation. Is this something you can assist me with?
A. Yes. We offer this service. All of our sites are search engine friendly by design
Q. Will you be able to train me to use my new online shop?
A. Yes. Good training is essential – we offer training face to face where possible, and via remote desktop and telephone at a distance. We give ongoing support to our customers. We expect to be doing a lot of hand holding as your store launches
